What We Offer Our Residents
Swimming Pool
The Forest Park pool is a great place to cool off on a hot day, hang out with neighbors or swim laps for exercise. In order to keep the pool enjoyable for everyone please be considerate and follow the posted rules.
Pool hours are 8am - 10pm
The pool opens for the season toward the end of May and closes for the season in September, weather permitting. Pool closers are needed on a weekly basis. Sign up for closing duties here.
In 2021 the pool was converted to a salt water system. With a salt water system residents will enjoy softer water, less wear on skin and swimsuits, no harsh smells, and lower costs.
FPRA members may rent the clubhouse and pavilion for special gatherings such as birthday parties, holiday parties, meetings, and more.
The clubhouse will be reserved for private use, however the pool and bathrooms will be open to all members at anytime.
The clubhouse is available on a first come first serve basis and may be reserved up to 6 months in advance.

The Clubhouse
Playground
The children's play area, located behind the clubhouse parking lot, has slides, a rock wall, and a smaller structure for younger children. Please be respectful of other residents while playing.
Tennis Court
Our tennis court is located behind the swimming pool inside the fenced in enclosure. There are outlines for tennis as well as pickle ball. Use of the court is on a first come first serve basis. Please be courteous and limit your time on the court if other residents are waiting.
No wheeled toys of any kind are allowed on the court surface at any time!
